1 - Go to a Pumpkin Patch

Cliché as it may be, we cannot turn down a good pumpkin patch. Even as adults, there is something magical about going back to a pumpkin patch. Perhaps it's the nostalgia, or the apple cider donuts, or the picture-perfect opportunities in an actual pumpkin patch.

• Holiday Farms is located in South Carolina, but only 30 minutes away from Savannah and offers activities for all ages

2 - Go on a Ghost Tour

In one of the most haunted cities, there is no shortage of ghost tours to go on. • Old Savannah Tours - go on a tour hour ghost tour by trolley that stops at some of the city’s most haunted locations!

3 - Go to a Costume Party

Savannah celebrates Halloween hard, so it should be no surprise that there are lots of Halloween themed costume parties to choose from. We rounded up a few options that sound really fun! 

• A Nightmare on Congress Street VIII Bar Crawl: If you want to really experience the city, consider this Halloween themed bar crawl on Saturday, October 30th. You will be able to go to up to 12 bars, take advantage of several drink specials, and participate in a costume contest (if you want to)! 

• Ghost in the Post: If you are looking for a party that has a little of everything, this Halloween party on Saturday, October 23rd hosted by the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 135 sounds like the perfect option. You’ll have food, get to dance, participate in a raffle, and there is a costume contest with prizes. 

• Spooky Soiree at Hewitt Oaks: If you want to get out of Savannah and experience a more glamorous Halloween party, you can drive 30 minutes to Bluffton, SC and go to the Spooky Soiree on October 29th! With your event ticket you will get complimentary wine and cocktails, hor d’oeuvres, catered food stations, prizes, ample themed photo opportunities, and dancing!
