We reached out to the South Key team before we were even ready to rent, and Chase was very helpful in leading us through the process of getting our STVR's set up and read. His team is prompt, professional, and most importantly easy to get in touch with in case there is a problem.
Since we have been able to rent out our apartment in Savannah, Chase and the South Key team have been amazing to work with. I didn't know I wanted a property manager but it's taken 97% of the stress of having a second property away. They are business minded but also are normal people who understand life and the nuance of property ownership. I would happily recommend this team.
We have used South Key to manage 3 Airbnbs, one of which was a sailboat which can be challenging to make beds in. They helped us outfit our vacation rentals with everything they thought should be available to a guest for a comfortable stay! They handled all our bookings and turnover for 6 years straight. The money just magically appeared in our account every month at the same time. They kept us at 97% occupancy from spring through the fall and for the slow holiday months we were still at no less than 70% occupied. The quality of their management never diminished which often happens with management companies as they grow. South Key always strived to maintain a Sheraton quality experience for our guests and involved us minimally! I highly recommend Chase Stahl and his team!

Chase has been managing my Airbnb rental for the last year. I’ve been out of state the entire time and I am fortunate to have someone so trustworthy to manage my home. He has been incredibly responsive to my needs, to the requirements of my home and especially to the calls, concerns and requests of the guests staying in my short term rental. Not only has Chase been amazing to work with, but his cleaning crew has kept my home in spectacular order. Huge kudos to the cleaners as well. Chase was instrumental in helping us in our decision to turn our long-term rentals into short-term vacation rentals and we have not looked back. He has been managing our units for almost 3 years and his professionalism and attention to detail allows us to have peace of mind knowing the units are being well taken care of. His staff is top-notch and every time I go into a unit it is sparkling clean. He constantly stays on top of the trends and will suggest needed changes to ensure not only guest satisfaction but also that we are getting the most bang for our buck.
