Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious living room, centered around a cozy fireplace with a smart TV ready to stream your favorite entertainment. Unwind on the large, comfortable sofa, which easily converts into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping accommodation for up to two guests. In one corner, you’ll find a dedicated workspace, perfect for those who unfortunately have to work on vacation! On the west side of the unit, the elegant ensuite bedroom features a brand-new king mattress, plush pillows, and fresh linens. High ceilings and large windows bathe the room in natural light, while stylish décor and an original fireplace add warmth and character. Step directly from the bedroom into a private bathroom, showcasing custom tile work, a pedestal sink, and a glass-enclosed low-entry shower. The bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with essentials, including towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free stay.

The entire apartment is set up for your use. There are other renters/businesses that occupy the building so please be courteous to your neighbors and keep noises to a minimum from 10PM - 8AM.

Enjoy one of our favorite casual restaurants, Fire Street Food, as your neighbor, featuring excellent Asian-American dishes with a modern flare. Excite your taste buds with the many excellent restaurants all a stone’s throw from the apartment. Grab incredible southern dishes at the highly-rated Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room. Craving a diner? Check out Clary’s Café. Jumpstart your hunger by taking a slightly longer 16-minute trip to Savannah River Street for more incredible dining like The Lady & Sons, Vic’s on the River, The Olde Pink House, and Treylor Park. Fancy a pint? Stop into Six Pence Pub, a British-inspired pub that is just around the corner on Bull St. Looking for that small dive bar? Other things to note
Absolutely no parties. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property. No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property. Do not smoke on the property or near the apartment. Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately. Treat the apartment with respect, as if it were your property.
Getting Around
Are you driving into town? There are no parking spaces directly available outside the unit. Still, you can park your vehicle at the Liberty Parking deck just minutes away and enjoy easy transit and walking for the remainder of your stay! Circling the downtown, you will see Old Town Trolleys, a great way to get around. Get in touch with us to receive your DISCOUNTED ticket. A free trolley-style City transport bus called the "DOT Shuttle" also picks up and will make a loop around the Historic District. The closest stop for this one is just a block down the street at the corner of Drayton & Perry! Want more options? Download the city’s local version of Uber called “The Downtowner.” Simply download the app, and they will pick you up for free!
