The Space

Upon entering the space, you’ll instantly notice its sturdy, antique hardwood floors and 10’ high ceilings. In the living room area, you’ll find a brand new smart TV, two spacious armchairs and a pull-out-couch that can sleep 2. There’s plenty of space to enjoy a night-in with a loved one or a small get together with visitors.

The kitchen comes with a full-appliance package, high-top seating for four and an island area to enjoy a quick breakfast for when you’re on the go. The kitchen also sports shaker-style cabinets and a large window, letting in plenty of sunlight throughout the day.

Guest Access

Access to a private deck can be found just off the kitchen area. The front deck looks over Lincoln Street, allowing visitors to take in some fresh air in the morning. The deck also has a small area that seats two and is conveniently situated next to a large tree, which provides plenty of shade on those warmer days.

The King bedroom can be separated from the rest of the apartment with original pocket doors, and hosts a tiled bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The room is also perfect for those working from home. It comes with a full corner desk as well as solid 100mbs WiFi-connection.

Neighborhood

Located just two blocks from Forsyth Park and in close proximity to restaurants and galleries, there’s plenty of lively places for you to visit by yourself or with a loved one. We are just a quick walk to Sentient Bean (excellent coffee shop and vegetarian breakfast), Brighter Day Natural Foods Market, Betty Bombers (awesome bar and sandwiches), Local 11ten (one of the best local restaurants in town).

Interaction

We are available via mobile from 9am-8pm Monday-Friday and 10am-8pm Saturday and Sunday. If you have an emergency please call 911. We live downtown so if something comes up, we can be there rather quickly.

Other things to note

This is part of a 4 unit condo, the main building entry is shared with the other 3 units and has long-term residents, so please be courteous and cognizant of your noise-levels!

Getting Around

Whenever you’re up for it, you can explore the beautiful East Victorian District on foot or on a bike ride. We do recommend Uber/Lyft as it's cheap and parking can be a pain. There is a FREE shuttle (DOT SHUTTLE) just two blocks up (Drayton St. & Park Ave). Enjoy the best of this historic district in Savannah by staying at this beautiful condo!

Absolutely no animals are permitted whatsoever.

Please do not use our linens/towels to wipe off makeup or excessive dirt, we offer makeup wipes and paper towels for these reasons. Stained linens may result in a linen fee of up to $50 per item. Please treat the home as your own and let us know if anything breaks. We are much more empathetic to those who are honest and upfront with us :)
