Enjoy effortless cooking in the fully appointed galley kitchen, with all the essential accessories, including a fridge, range, dishwasher, and elegant granite countertops. Pour a glass of wine before gathering around the four-seat dining table, which can extend to accommodate up to eight guests, for a hearty meal and lively conversation. Retreat one of the three elegantly furnished bedrooms, each offering a unique charm. The first bedroom boasts a queen bed adorned with crisp linens, antique furniture, and gleaming hardwood floors. The second bedroom features a double bed in a modern wood frame, complemented by matching furniture and vibrant artwork. In contrast, the third bedroom offers a queen bed nestled within a timeless brass frame, set against hardwood floors and a striking orange rug. Refresh in the two full baths, one with a tub and the other with a standalone shower, ensuring everyone's comfort and convenience. The primary bathroom has been fully refinished with custom tile work and modern touches. Both bathrooms are outfitted with all the essentials, including toilet paper, towels, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer. Guest Access

The entire condo is for your use! We encourage you to enjoy the balcony that looks over Forsyth Park or the rear porch just for hanging out at night, but please be mindful of your neighbors below and keep noises to a minimum after 10 pm.

Neighborhood

Located on the east edge of Forsyth Park, you will be in the heart of historic Savannah and centrally located to all the incredible eats, drinks, and sights Savannah has to offer. Stroll into Forsyth Park from your door to enjoy Savannah’s beautiful mornings. Grab breakfast at Collins Quarter at Forsyth, which has indoor and outdoor seating. Looking for a sandwich and a pint? Stroll on down to the Black Rabbit, a small yet incredible sandwich shop by day, and pub by night. Need a taco fix? Try out Bull Street Tacos for scratch-made Mexican dishes. Looking for fine dining and a great vibe? Head on over to Local 11 Ten and their chic rooftop bar and lounge known as The Perch. Enjoy handcrafted cocktails and delicious dishes. The Perch is open year-round and features gas heaters for cooler winter days. Take an adventure outside of the neighborhood by visiting one of Savannah’s many museums. Mercer-William’s House Museum, Savannah African Art Museum, American Prohibition Museum, and many more are just minutes away. Tap into Savannah's artistic nature by stopping into its College of Art and Design Museum of Art.  Want to get more hands-on and make some memories? Try blowing glass at Hostess City Hot Glass, a perfect time for the whole family. Not enough time to walk all the sights of Savannah? Take it all in at once while riding or biking. We are just minutes from Old Town Trolley Tours of Savannah and Savannah Bike Tours. Check out the city’s skyline from the water by jumping on one of the Savannah Belle’s ferries, with multiple stops all along Savannah’s riverfront.

Other things to note

Absolutely no parties.Absolutely no animals. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property. No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property. Do not smoke on the property or near the home. Must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol. Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately. Treat the apartment with respect, as if it were your own property.

Getting Around

Are you driving into town? This area offers free on-street parking. Be mindful of signs, as parking does rotate for street cleaning. Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber/Lyft service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Drayton and Gwinett NB at your doorstep. This free DOT trolley circulates downtown and provides ample stops at all the major attractions.Want more options?
