The Space

Tucked among the beautiful neighborhoods of downtown Savannah, this freshly renovated condominium features high-end finishes and stylish interior design from Plum West Designs.

Enter the first floor of this two-level condo through the contemporary front door using your door code. Entering from the front, find the custom kitchen just to the left, while a short hallway leads to the open sitting area and main living room.

The kitchen is fully prepared for everything you need to cook during your stay—Marvel at custom butcher block countertops with a cherry finish and clean lines. In the cabinets, find everything from pots, pans, cooking utensils, and dishware. Enjoy a full range, dishwasher, countertop microwave, and small appliances such as a toaster, blender, and coffee maker (coffee provided). Tucked next to the refrigerator, you have your in-unit washer and dryer for your use.

Just off the back of the kitchen space, find a simple and fresh dining space set for four, surrounded by corner-to-corner windows, the dining and kitchen space filled with an abundance of natural light.

Step out of the kitchen to a beautifully designed sitting area perfect for enjoying your coffee while you read a few pages from your favorite book. Just off the sitting area, find the main living room with an oversized sofa that is wonderful for relaxing after a day of adventure. A brand new smart TV is ready to stream all your favorite shows. Soak up the Savannah sun on your private balcony directly off the living room. With space for two, the terrace is a great place to relax and take in the subtle noises of the bustling downtown Savannah.

Behind the staircase, you will find the first-floor bathroom featuring all of the bathroom essentials you need including towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer.

Head up the stairs to find two bedrooms and a second bathroom. To the left of the stairs, see the first bedroom featuring a new queen mattress with crisp linens, contemporary art, and large windows filling the room with natural light. Find a new queen mattress in the second bedroom with fresh linens, floating nightstands, and gorgeous art. Bedrooms provide ample closet space and a dresser for more extended stays. The second bathroom features a single vanity and stand-up shower with custom tile with all the essentials.

Guest Access

The entire condo is for your use! We have a balcony off of the back of the living room where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee or before-dinner cocktail ;)

Parking is street-only, metered by the City where you can conveniently pay on the Park Savannah app and feed it as you're out enjoying the day!

Neighborhood

Filled with genuine southern hospitality, the downtown districts of Savannah provide you with the quintessential southern experience rooted in Savannah’s colonial past. Situated on the edge of Savannah’s historic district south, you will be minutes away from everything Savannah has to offer.

Take a short 12-minute walk to the iconic Forsyth Park or enjoy Troup Square, a beautiful green space in your neighborhood.

Are you looking for breakfast? Clary’s Café is a classic perennial place with southern-style diner classics for breakfast and lunch, just two blocks from the condo. Or check out the Fox and Fig Café for a hip, modern set-up featuring creative plant-based meals and espresso.

Treat your tastebuds by grabbing dinner at one of the many excellent southern-inspired restaurants such as Hitch, Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room, The Olde House, and Vic’s On the River. All provide you with incredible dining experiences that offer you the destination southern fine dining you are looking for.

A trip to downtown would not be complete without enjoying a pint in one of the many historic and famous pubs. Stop into Six Pence Pub for a British-inspired scene, or let out your inner Irish at O’Connell’s Irish Pub.  Get your karaoke on at McDonough’s Restaurant & Lounge, or check out a sleek gastropub for a drink or weekend brunch at The Ordinary Pub.

Take in all the history of Savannah by stopping in one of the many museums. The Beach Institute of African American Culture center, Mercer-William’s House Museum, and the Telfair Museums are just minutes away. Looking to explore Savannah’s art scene? Stop into the SCAD Museum of Art.

Want to take it all in at once while riding or biking? We are just minutes away from Old Town Trolley Tours of Savannah and Savannah Bike Tours.

Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and uber service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Price & Jones stop just a 3-minute walk from the condo. Try out the Savannah Belles Ferries to see the beautiful skyline of Savannah from the riverfront.

Other things to note

No parties.

Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property.

No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property.

Do not smoke on the property or near the home. Clean up all smoke butts.

Must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol.

Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately.

Treat the apartment with respect, as if it was your own property.

Getting Around

Parking is free on the street in this area. Just need to pay attention to the street signs throughout Savannah as we have street sweepers twice a week, and will need to park accordingly overnight.

There's a FREE shuttle that picks up about 6 blocks away at Charlton/Drayton intersection. This is a free "trolley" style bus that circles around the Historic District and stops at a lot of attractions. Additionally, there is The Downtowner which is a City-ran "uber" just download the app and they will pick you up for free! Aside from that, we recommend using Uber/Lyft to get where you need. If you find free parking near the apartment, stay there! You can walk to just about anything in the City! :)
