The Space

Simple in design and high in functionality, this garden apartment has been updated to provide all the necessary amenities. Travel back through the shared courtyard to enter this ground-floor unit. Inside the door, find a studio-style layout with living space through the middle, a queen mattress with fresh linens, and a small kitchen tucked around to the right. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a full appliance package and everything you need to cook during your stay. From pots, pans, dishware, cooking utensils, and small appliances, this small but functional kitchen has you covered. The living space provides a comfortable sofa, sitting chair, and a wall-mounted smart TV ready to stream your favorite shows. Closet space on either side of the TV provides ample storage space for extended stays. The apartment provides one bathroom with a single vanity, shower/tub combination, and essentials, including towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer. Working remotely during your stay? Our high-speed WiFi supports video conferencing and multitasking, and a dedicated workspace is at the foot of the queen bed.

Guest Access

The entire apartment is for your use! The courtyard is shared but rarely used, and there is a washer/dryer room through the doors at the back of the courtyard that you may use for free.

Neighborhood

The Cozy Jones Garden is located just north of Forsyth Park on the west side of the Historic District. Surrounded by some of the best dining options in town, you are just a minute's walk from many of the local and out-of-town favorites. Grab a delicious southern bite and Mrs. Wilke's Dining Room. Pour a perfect pint at the Crystal Beer Parlor, or start your day with a short walk to Savannah Coffee Roasters.  Short strolls towards the river walk will only increase your options with places like Noble Fare, fine dining, The Olde Pink House, The Lady & Sons, Chart House, and many more. Start your bar/pub tour by stopping into some staples of Savannah, including Six Pence Pub, O’Connell’s Irish Pub, or Dub’s Public House.  Enjoy riverfront views at Myrtle & Rose Rooftop Bar down on the river walk. Are you looking to shop while you are in town? You are just a 14-minute walk from the famed City Market, where you can enjoy endless boutique shops and many brand-name stores. Explore the rich history of Savannah by stopping into one of the many museums and historical sites. Just minutes from Blue on Broad are the Web Military Museum, Telfair Museums, Owens-Thomas House & Slave Quarters, and the American Prohibition Museum.  A stop in Savannah wouldn’t be complete without a walk-through of Forsyth Park, just a 20-minute walk away. Or enjoy Washington Square, another beautiful green space just minutes away. Want to take it all in at once while riding or biking? We are just minutes from Old Town Trolley Tours of Savannah and Savannah Bike Tours. Ready for a little on-the-water adventure? Try out the Savannah Belles Ferries to see the beautiful skyline of Savannah from the riverfront.

Other things to note

We allow up to ONE (1) dog max, no cats. The fee for one dog is $100 and must be paid separately before checking in. Must be able to provide proof of flea treatment etc. No untrained puppies.No parties. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property. No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property. Do not smoke on the property or near the home. Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately. Treat the apartment with respect, as if it were your property.

Getting Around

Directly outside of the apartment, there is free parking between 5 pm on Friday to 8 am on Monday. Outside of those hours is paid parking near the home. Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber/Lyft service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Whitaker and Liberty SB just a 1-minute walk from the apartment. This free DOT trolley circulates downtown and provides ample stops at all the major attractions. Want more options?
