Inside, you're immediately greeted by historic timber beams and the original fireplace casing, immersing you in the rich history of Savannah. The cozy living room features a comfortable sofa facing a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, while a quaint dining set for two doubles as a perfect workspace. The efficient kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a 24-inch range, and thoughtfully stocked with cookware, utensils, and dishware. The original, white-washed brick adds a lovely architectural touch, complementing the kitchen’s historic charm. Off the kitchen, you'll find the first bedroom, boasting a brand-new queen mattress draped in crisp linens. The white-washed brick and exposed beams create a serene atmosphere for a restful night’s sleep. The adjacent bathroom features a low-entry shower, custom tilework, and a single vanity, stocked with essentials like towels, toiletries, and more. Directly off the living room is the spacious primary suite, complete with a new king-size mattress, plush pillows, and fresh linens. The room also offers ample storage with a dresser, perfect for longer stays, and has a private entrance leading outside for added convenience. The Quaint Quarters is located just north of Forsyth Park on the west side of the Historic District. Surrounded by some of the best dining options in town, you are just a minute's walk from many of the local and out-of-town favorites.Grab a delicious southern bite and Mrs. Wilke's Dining Room. Pour a perfect pint at the Crystal Beer Parlor, or start your day with a short walk to Savannah Coffee Roasters.  Short strolls towards the river walk will only increase your options with places like Noble Fare, fine dining, The Olde Pink House, The Lady & Sons, Chart House, and many more. Start your bar/pub tour by stopping into some staples of Savannah, including Six Pence Pub, O’Connell’s Irish Pub, or Dub’s Public House.  Enjoy riverfront views at Myrtle & Rose Rooftop Bar down on the river walk. Are you looking to shop while you are in town? You are just a 14-minute walk from the famed City Market, where you can enjoy endless boutique shops and many brand-name stores. Explore the rich history of Savannah by stopping into one of the many museums and historical sites. Just minutes from Blue on Broad are the Web Military Museum, Telfair Museums, Owens-Thomas House & Slave Quarters, and the American Prohibition Museum.  A stop in Savannah wouldn’t be complete without a walk-through of Forsyth Park, just a 20-minute walk away. Other things to note

No parties. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property. No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property. Do not smoke on the property or near the home. Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately. Treat the apartment with respect, as if it were your property.

Getting Around

Directly outside of the apartment, there is free parking between 5 pm on Friday to 8 am on Monday. Outside of those hours is paid parking near the home. Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber/Lyft service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Whitaker and Liberty SB just a 1-minute walk from the apartment. This free DOT trolley circulates downtown and provides ample stops at all the major attractions.
